The goal of this project was to create a strong online presence that showcases Unicha Construction’s portfolio, services, and credibility in a highly competitive market. We were responsible for the full design and development of the site, focusing on a seamless user experience for both desktop and mobile visitors.

Design Process
The website was designed from the ground up based on the client’s branding. We used Figma to create high-fidelity wireframes and design mockups. Our goal was to maintain a clean and minimal look while integrating construction-themed visuals such as industrial icons, muted tones, and high-resolution photography of their real projects.
Development Highlights
We used the latest React.js features including functional components and hooks to build a lightweight and maintainable frontend. The site was structured using React Router for smooth navigation. Animations were added with Framer Motion to bring life to scroll events and transitions. The content was carefully structured to support scalability in case the client wants to integrate a CMS like Headless WordPress or Sanity in the future.

Challenges
One of the main challenges was building a custom project portfolio section that was easy to browse and load-heavy images without affecting performance. We solved this by implementing lazy loading and responsive image techniques to ensure smooth user experience even on slower devices.
Results
The client was highly impressed with the speed, usability, and professional look of the site. The website helped Unicha Construction improve its digital presence, gain new project leads, and present itself as a high-end service provider in the construction market.
