Peace Around is Switzerland’s dedicated wellness platform — a marketplace connecting verified providers of yoga, meditation, pilates, breathwork, hypnosis, energy work, and retreats with clients across Switzerland and beyond. The platform is fully bilingual and operates primarily in German for the Swiss market.
This was one of the most complex projects in Webvio’s history. The scope covered complete UI/UX design in Figma, full platform development in WordPress using Elementor Pro, Crocoblock’s JetEngine for dynamic provider profiles and directory listings, a two-tier subscription system (free and paid provider plans), user dashboards, provider onboarding flows, a retreats and events section, JetSmartFilters for category and format filtering, and a complete member login and account management system.

How we approached it
Peace Around required a full Figma design phase before any development began — not just page mockups, but a complete UX architecture covering two distinct user types: wellness seekers browsing and booking services, and wellness providers managing their profiles, listings, and subscriptions.
We mapped every user journey in Figma first. The seeker journey — landing, browsing by category or format, filtering results, viewing a provider profile, and making contact — needed to feel calm and trustworthy, matching the wellness brand's values. The provider journey — signing up, creating a profile, publishing listings, upgrading to paid plan, and managing their dashboard — needed to be intuitive enough for non-technical practitioners to use independently.
The visual direction was clean, airy, and minimal with warm tones — intentionally calm. Heavy use of white space, soft imagery, and a structured card system for provider listings creates a directory that feels curated rather than cluttered.
Build highlights
Built a fully dynamic provider profile system using Crocoblock JetEngine — each provider gets a custom profile with their specialisations, service formats, location, pricing, and availability, all managed from their own dashboard without touching the backend.
Architected and built a freemium subscription system — free profiles with basic visibility, and paid early-bird plans at 239 CHF/year with priority listing, unlimited publications, and full platform access. Built on WooCommerce Subscriptions with custom upgrade flows.
Built a complete frontend dashboard for providers — profile management, listing creation, subscription status, and account settings — all accessible without WordPress admin access, keeping the experience clean for non-technical users.
Implemented JetSmartFilters across the provider directory — filtering by wellness category (yoga, meditation, breathwork etc.), service format (in-person, online, training), and location — giving seekers precise control over their search results in real time.
Built a dedicated retreats and events section using JetEngine custom post types — providers can publish upcoming retreats with date, location, description, and booking link, feeding into a curated events listing on the platform.
Every page — homepage, directory, provider profile, dashboard, onboarding, retreats, blog, about, contact — was designed to full fidelity in Figma before development. This eliminated scope creep and kept a 6+ month build on track and on budget.
Challenges & solutions
Building a two-sided marketplace on WordPress
Peace Around is fundamentally a two-sided platform — providers need to manage their own listings and profiles, while seekers need a frictionless discovery and filtering experience. Standard WordPress and Elementor are not built for this out of the box.
Crocoblock JetEngine as the platform backbone
We chose JetEngine as the dynamic data layer — custom post types for providers and events, relationship fields linking listings to profiles, and frontend submission forms for provider self-management. Combined with JetSmartFilters and JetFormBuilder, this gave us platform-level functionality without custom backend development.
Designing for non-technical wellness practitioners
The providers on Peace Around are yoga teachers, meditation coaches, and breathwork practitioners — not tech-savvy business owners. The dashboard and profile management system needed to be completely intuitive, with zero reliance on WordPress admin.
Frontend-only provider experience
We built the entire provider journey as a frontend experience — signup, profile creation, listing management, and subscription upgrades all happen on clean, custom-designed frontend pages. Providers never see the WordPress dashboard. The UX was tested and refined in Figma before a single page was built.
Subscription billing and access control at scale
Managing free vs. paid provider access across listings, profile visibility, and platform features required a reliable subscription and access control system that could scale as the platform grows.
WooCommerce Subscriptions + custom access rules
Built the subscription layer on WooCommerce Subscriptions with custom access rules tied to subscription status — free providers get basic visibility, paid providers get priority placement and unlimited listings. Upgrades, renewals, and cancellations are all handled automatically.
Results & impact
Peace Around launched as Switzerland's first dedicated wellness provider marketplace — a genuinely new platform in the Swiss market. The early-bird provider campaign targeting the first 100 paid providers launched with strong uptake, with practitioners in yoga, meditation, pilates, breathwork, and energy work creating profiles from day one.
The platform architecture built on JetEngine means the Peace Around team can manage provider onboarding, listing approvals, and subscription tiers independently — without developer involvement for day-to-day operations. A 6+ month project delivered on scope, on budget, and on a foundation built to scale.
Final thoughts
Peace Around isn't a website — it's a platform. JetEngine, Crocoblock, and a Figma-first process turned a complex marketplace brief into a working product.
This was the most technically complex project Webvio has delivered to date. A two-sided marketplace with dynamic profiles, subscription billing, frontend dashboards, and real-time filtering — built entirely on WordPress without a single line of custom backend code. The key was the right plugin stack, a thorough Figma UX process, and a clear architecture before development began. Peace Around is now live, growing its provider network in Switzerland, and operating independently.
