FoodZero

FoodZero is a premium organic food brand offering high-quality grocery products for health-conscious consumers. The goal was to create a modern, fast, and conversion-optimized online store that reflects the brand’s identity and helps increase online sales. We developed a custom Shopify store tailored to their product line, ensuring a seamless user experience and engaging product discovery.

Scope of Work

Our team provided end-to-end services starting from concept design to final deployment:

  • UI/UX Design: We collaborated with FoodZero to design clean and intuitive interfaces, focusing on mobile-first user behavior.
  • Custom Shopify Theme: We built a lightweight and modular Shopify theme, ensuring faster loading times and easy scalability.
  • Advanced Product Filtering: We implemented advanced filtering based on categories, dietary preferences, and stock availability to enhance navigation.
  • Subscription Model Integration: Enabled subscription-based checkout for recurring grocery deliveries.
  • Blog & Recipe Section: Developed a custom blog layout with support for recipes, ingredient tags, and nutritional highlights.
  • Mobile Optimization: Fully optimized for all devices, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts and seamless performance.

Challenges

One of the main challenges was creating a smooth cart-to-checkout flow while integrating subscription capabilities
using third-party apps without impacting page speed. We also worked to fine-tune product page UX for variant handling
and quantity customization.

Results

  • Page Speed score improved from 54 to 91 (mobile)
  • Cart abandonment rate dropped by 23%
  • Average order value (AOV) increased by 18% post-launch
  • Over 5,000+ orders fulfilled within the first 3 months
